Summary
This instrument is designed and made as per GB/T3536-2008 Petroleum Products - Determination of Flash and Fire Points - Cleveland open cup method and ASTM D 92 Standard Test Method for Flash and Fire Points by Cleveland Open Cup Tester. It is applicable to all petroleum products with flash points above 79℃ and below 400℃ except fuel oils.

I. Main technical features
1. This instrument is a kind of fully-automatic instrument which can do determination for both flash point and fire point.
2. This instrument adopts technology of single chip machine and LCD screen. Full English man-machine dialog interface. It can preset the parameters of expected flash point, sample mark number, atmospheric pressure, test date, etc. It has menu to prompt and input function of guide type.
3. This instrument adopts desktop structure and advanced design. The man-machine interface make it easy to use. And the test result is accurate. It can be widely used in railway, aviation, electric power, petroleum industry and colleges, scientific research institutes, measurement departments to do determination of flash point and fire point for petroleum products.

I. Main technical features
1. It adopts special heating furnace to ensure the safety of test. The heating power is continuously adjustable. It can meet requirements of test.
2. The instrument adopts desktop structure. The stainless steel working table and furnace shell make it beautiful and elegant.
3. The instrument is fully self-contained complete. The operator can do determination as long as connecting with coal gas or other civil gas.
4. It equipped with flame extinguishing cover which accord with requirements of test.

SYD-261D Automatic  Pensky-Martens Closed Cup Flash Point Tester         
Summary
This instrument is designed and manufactured as per standards GB/T 261-2008 Determination of Flash Point  Pensky-Martens closed cup method and ASTM D93 Standard Test Methods for Flash Point by Pensky-Martens Closed Cup Tester. It is used to make determination of the closed cup flash point of the petroleum products in the temperature range from 40℃ to 360℃.

II. Main technical features
1. It adopts LCD screen to display. Full English man-machine dialog interface. It can preset the parameters of expected flash point, sample mark number, atmospheric pressure, test date, etc. It has menu to prompt and input function of guide type.
2. It adopts simulation tracking display the function curve of temperature rising and test time. It has prompt functions of English mis-operation, test date and test time.
3. It is equipped with standard RS-323,485 computer port. The lower computer can save 100 groups of historical data. The test data can be saved for a long time, transmitted and modified if the instrument being connected with computer.
4. It can correct the influence of atmospheric pressure and calculate the correction automatically.
5. Differential detection. Automatically correct the systematic deviation.
6. Automatically open the lid, ignite, detect and print test data. The test arm lifting up and down automatically.
7. It adopts electric ignition to fire light the gas flame.It will light only need to press the button.
