The AMF002+ Digital Anemometer is a handheld vane anemometer built for air velocity and temperature measurement on site. A six-blade vane probe on a retractable stainless steel rod reaches ceiling diffusers, duct mouths and extraction hoods that a compact handheld meter cannot easily get to, while the instrument body keeps the large backlit LCD and the keypad within reach of one hand.
Air velocity is displayed in five units — m/s, km/h, ft/min, knots and mph — with a top range of 45 m/s and a minimum resolution of 0.01 m/s. Temperature is displayed in °C or °F, and the meter records Max, Min, Average and Current values together with a Beaufort scale indication and a wind chill alert. Data Hold freezes a reading between measurements, the LCD backlight keeps the display readable in dim plant rooms, and Auto Power Off protects the batteries between site visits.
