Air Flow Anemometer
Keywords: air flow anemometer, AMF028+ anemometer, digital anemometer, duct air flow meter, vane anemometer
Digital air flow anemometer with a 0–45 m/s vane probe, CMM/CFM duct flow, 500-record memory and USB connection to a PC.
The AMF028+ is a vane anemometer for measuring both wind velocity and duct air flow. Velocity is read from the rotating vane in m/s, ft/min, knots, km/h or mph, while air flow is calculated in CMM or CFM — enter the duct area and the instrument works out the volume directly instead of leaving the conversion to the user.
The same probe also measures air temperature, so a single visit records both the flow and the conditions behind it. Results can be held, stored or deleted on the spot, up to 500 records are kept in memory, and the USB cable lets the stored data be transferred to a PC. A retractable drag rod extends the probe into ductwork that would otherwise be out of reach.

AMF028+ Digital Air Flow Anemometer | 500 Records
1. Vane Anemometer and Flow Meter — measures wind velocity and calculates air flow volume in CMM or CFM.
2. 0–45 m/s Velocity Range — covers low duct velocities up to strong airflow, with 0.001 m/s resolution.
3. Duct Area Calculation — entering the duct area lets the instrument compute flow directly, with 2/3 Vmax and average flow modes.
4. Air Temperature Measurement — 0–45 °C with 0.1 °C resolution and ± 1.0 °C accuracy.
5. 500-Record Memory — results can be held, stored and deleted, with up to 500 records kept on board.
6. USB Connection to PC — stored data can be transferred to a computer for reporting.
7. Retractable Drag Rod — extends the probe so measurements can be taken inside ductwork.
8. Five Velocity Units — m/s, ft/min, knots, km/h and mph, switchable on the spot.
9. Large LCD Display — clear four-digit main display with a secondary temperature line.
10. Audio Key Alert and Backlight — audible key feedback and a backlight for dim plant rooms.
11. Auto Power Off — switches off after 10 minutes without operation to save battery.
12. Low Battery Indication — warns before the AAA cells are too weak for accurate readings.
