TDS/EC CONTROLLER WITH 4–20 mA OUTPUT
The PSC-154 is a TDS/EC controller for monitoring and controlling dissolved-solids or conductivity levels in commercial water systems. It combines a bright LED display, on-screen temperature readout, user-set control point, relay switching, and a 4–20 mA output for connection to a PLC or other compatible monitoring equipment. One SP-1-PSC sensor probe is included.
1. Wide measurement range — monitors EC from 0 to 9,999 µS and TDS from 0 to 5,000 ppm
2. 4–20 mA output — provides an output signal for PLC connection and value recording
3. Adjustable set point — a single set point switches a connected device through dry-contact relay control
4. Audible alarm — activates when the measured TDS/EC level rises above the user-set level; the steady beep can be selected by the user
5. Temperature display — shows water temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit, with automatic temperature compensation from 1 to 65 °C (33 to 149 °F)
6. Included probe — one SP-1-PSC sensor probe with a 1/2-inch NPT bushing and a 3 m (9.8 ft) shielded cable
The LED display shows the measured value, the active unit, and the water temperature, with a set-point indicator beside the reading. The front panel carries the temperature unit, setting, up, down, and calibration keys.

Set the desired TDS or EC level using the front-panel controls. When the measured value reaches or exceeds that set point, the PSC-154 changes the relay state to open or close the connected circuit and can sound the selected alarm. The 4–20 mA output can send the measured value to a compatible PLC for monitoring and recordkeeping.
