Compact digital tester for grain and feed-pellet hardness up to 20 kg / 196 N, with switchable kg/N units and real-time / peak modes.
The AGW-20 Digital Grain Feed Pellet Hardness Tester is designed for scientific research and teaching in agriculture, especially for testing the hardness of grain such as wheat and rice as well as feed pellets. It adopts advanced testing technology and offers high accuracy, strong indication, high resolution, easy operation and reliable performance.
With its compact, lightweight body it can be measured by hand on site or mounted on the workbench in the lab. A clear digital display, switchable kg/N units and real-time / peak modes make it equally suited to quick field checks and detailed quality assessment.

1. Power on — press ON/OFF to turn on; the measurement interface appears on the display.
2. Zero reset — press ZERO to reset the displayed value to zero before loading the sample.
3. Measure — place the grain or pellet between the anvils and apply pressure; read the value on the digital display.
4. Switch unit — press UNIT to toggle between kg and N (press and hold 5–6 s to flip the on-screen value).
5. Select mode — press SET to enter Peak or Real-time test mode (long press 5–6 s to enter settings).
6. Power off — press ON/OFF again to shut down; the unit also auto-shuts after 10 min without operation.
