The FM-100V5 is a portable flow rate meter designed for hydrological stations, factories and mines, environmental protection monitoring stations, farmland irrigation and drainage, and hydrogeology surveys — wherever the velocity of flow in an open channel needs to be measured. Flow velocity is computed automatically from the formula V = KN/T + C, with the instrument constants K: 0.0500 and C: 0.0100 pre-set at the factory. The supplied pole sections extend to 30 cm + 20 cm for reaching the measuring point.
