Deburring Tool Series
Keywords: deburring tool set, chamfering tool, rotary deburring tool, M2 HSS blade, M35 HSS blade, BS1010, BS1018
360° rotary head with interchangeable BS1010 or BS1018 blades for fast, clean edge deburring.
The AMTAST AMD015 / AMD016 Deburring Tool Set is a compact, ergonomic hand tool built for removing burrs and cleaning up cut edges across a wide range of materials. A 360° rotating mounting head lets you reach circular holes, straight edges, curved profiles and slots from any angle, while the anti-slip ABS handle keeps long sessions comfortable and secure.
Each set ships with one anti-slip handle and ten replaceable blades (nine stored inside the handle body and one pre-installed in the head). Choose AMD015 with BS1010 blades for softer materials, or AMD016 with BS1018 blades for harder jobs including stainless steel. Turn the top black cover counter-clockwise and pull it out to access the spare blades, then press the release button to swap a blade in seconds. Both blade styles are made of hardened high-speed steel for long service life.
1. 360° Rotating Head — The blade mounts on a head that rotates a full circle, reaching circular hole edges, straight edges, curved edges and slots from any angle.
2. 10 Replaceable HSS Blades — Includes 1 installed blade plus 9 spares stored inside the handle; quick-release button swaps blades without tools.
3. Anti-Slip ABS Handle — Comfortable, secure grip for extended DIY or industrial use; grip length 125 mm (4.92 in).
4. Two Blade Options — AMD015 uses BS1010 M2 HSS blades (40°, 62–65 HRC) for soft materials; AMD016 uses BS1018 M35 HSS blades (45°, 65–67 HRC) for stainless steel and hard plastics.
5. Wide Material Compatibility — Handles soft metal, plastic, copper, aluminum, silver, hard plastic, and stainless steel depending on blade choice.
1. Open the Spare Blade Bay — Turn the top black cover counter-clockwise and pull it out to reveal the spare blades stored inside the handle.
2. Install a Blade — Press the release button, seat a BS1010 or BS1018 blade into the head, and release to lock it in place.
3. Deburr the Edge — Rotate the head to the working angle and run the blade along circular holes, straight/curved edges or slots to remove burrs.
4. Swap or Store — Press the button to remove a worn blade; return spares to the handle body and twist the cover back on.
