AMT312 Quantum PAR Meter | Plant Light and PPFD Measurement

Product Description

QUANTUM PAR METER FOR PLANT LIGHT MEASUREMENT

AMT312 Quantum PAR Meter

AMT312 Quantum PAR Meter with Remote Wired Sensor

The AMT312 quantum PAR meter measures photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) across the 400–700 nm wavelength range. It is designed for horticultural studies and monitoring plant physiology, where light in this wavelength band is relevant to photosynthesis. The remote sensor connects to the handheld meter by cable, allowing readings to be taken at the location being evaluated.

With a large LCD, measurement hold, and data logging, this PAR meter for plants helps users capture and review light readings during plant-lighting assessments.

Key Features

Spectral RangeMeasures PAR from 400 to 700 nm
UnitsDisplays readings in μmol/m²/s
Display and HoldLarge LCD with measurement hold function
Data LoggingStores readings for later review using the log function
Zero AdjustmentZero-point adjustment is available through the CALI mode
SensorHandheld meter with a separate wired sensor

Display, Keypad and Sensor

The LCD shows the PAR reading together with the measurement unit and the log record number. The keypad carries the MODE, ENTER, HOLD and REC keys, and the separate wired sensor is placed at the position to be evaluated while the meter stays in hand.

Measurement Functions

PAR measurement: measures light within the 400–700 nm band.

Hold: freezes the current measurement on the display; press ENTER again to return to live measurement.

Data logging: records measurement readings and provides access to stored history.

Zero adjustment: CALI mode adjusts the zero point. Cover the photosensitive area completely during this procedure.

Factory reset: RCFS mode restores factory settings and erases stored log data.

Applications

The AMT312 is suitable for horticultural research and plant physiology monitoring. It can be used to check PAR levels at different positions in a growing area and to document readings during plant-lighting evaluations.
