The AW006 is a professional wifi weather station built around an all-in-one, solar-powered sensor array and a color display console. As a full home weather station, it tracks temperature, humidity, wind, rain, UV and barometric pressure indoors and outdoors, and streams live readings to your phone and to online weather services over WiFi.

Full Weather Picture. Solar Powered. Always Online.
The AW006 pairs a solar weather station sensor array with a bright color console, so you get a complete outdoor picture without ever changing a cable. As a wireless weather station, the sensor array talks to the console over a 433/868/915 MHz radio link rated up to 330 feet in the open, while the console itself connects to your home WiFi to push live data to the WS View app and to online services like Ecowitt and Weather Underground.
1. All-in-One Solar Sensor Array — Wind vane, wind speed cups, UV sensor, solar radiation sensor, self-emptying rain collector, and a thermo-hygrometer are combined into a single solar-powered unit, so there's only one thing to mount outdoors.
2. Color Display Console — A 6.2 x 3" full-color LCD shows indoor and outdoor conditions, wind compass, rainfall, pressure trend and a 6-hour weather forecast icon at a glance.
3. True WiFi Weather Station — Connect the console to your home network with the free WS View app and publish live readings to Ecowitt, Weather Underground, Weathercloud, WOW, or your own custom server.
4. Solar-Powered with Battery Backup — The sensor array runs primarily off its built-in solar panel, with 3xAA batteries as backup power for cloudy days and nighttime readings.
5. Full Alarm & Calibration Suite — Set high/low alarms for temperature, humidity, wind and rain, and fine-tune every sensor with the built-in calibration mode for lab-accurate readings.
| 1 | Complete sensor set | One outdoor array measures wind speed and direction, rainfall, UV index, solar radiation, and outdoor temperature and humidity. |
| 2 | Color console | A full-color LCD console displays indoor and outdoor readings together, with a wind compass dial, pressure history graph and weather forecast icon. |
| 3 | WiFi + free app | Connect to your router with the WS View app (iOS and Android) to view live data remotely and configure the console over WiFi. |
| 4 | Live internet publishing | Upload readings automatically to Ecowitt, Weather Underground, Weathercloud, the UK Met Office WOW network, or a customized website. |
| 5 | Solar powered | The sensor array draws its primary power from an integrated solar panel, with AA battery backup for continuous operation. |
| 6 | Long wireless range | Rated for up to 330 feet in open, obstruction-free conditions, with a typical real-world range of around 100 feet. |
| 7 | Alarms & tendency indicators | High/low alarms for temperature, humidity, wind and rain, plus rising/falling tendency arrows for temperature and pressure. |
As a complete home weather station, the AW006 sensor array combines seven measurement functions into a single solar-powered housing that mounts on a standard pole.
1. Wind direction (wind vane) and wind speed (rotating cups)
2. Rainfall rate, event, daily, weekly, monthly and running totals (self-emptying rain collector)
3. UV index
4. Solar radiation / light level
5. Outdoor temperature and relative humidity
1. Indoor temperature and relative humidity
2. Absolute and sea-level relative barometric pressure, with 12/24/48/72-hour history
3. Time, date, and moon phase
1. Wind chill, heat index and dew point
2. Daily and all-time maximum/minimum values for every sensor
3. 6-hour weather forecast based on barometric pressure trend
Eight keys on the wifi weather station console give quick access to every reading: SET, TEMP, RAIN, WIND/+, PRESSURE/-, ALARM, MAX/MIN and LIGHT/SNOOZE.
1. Set mode configures date, time, measurement units, hemisphere, and the relative pressure calibration.
2. Alarm mode lets you set high and low thresholds for indoor/outdoor temperature and humidity, wind, gust and rain, plus a time-of-day alarm.
3. Max/Min mode recalls the highest and lowest recorded value for every sensor, resettable at any time.
4. Calibration mode offsets temperature, humidity and pressure readings, adjusts wind direction, and scales the wind, rain, light and UV factors for site-specific accuracy.
5. Backlight runs continuously on AC power, or temporarily on battery backup to save power.
The AW006 is a genuine weather station with app support: once connected to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network, the console can publish live sensor data to multiple online weather services at once.
| Mobile App | WS View (free, iOS and Android) — configure WiFi, view live conditions, and manage uploaded weather station IDs |
| Ecowitt.net | Recommended server; supports uploading every sensor reading from the AW006 for remote monitoring and history graphs |
| Weather Underground | Publish to your Personal Weather Station (PWS) profile and view data on Wunderground.com and its mobile apps |
| Weathercloud | Join the Weathercloud real-time weather social network with your own station page |
| WOW (Met Office) | Upload to the UK Met Office's Weather Observations Website |
| Custom Server | Upload to any website using the same protocol as Wunderground or Ecowitt |
